2 Large whole Lobsters 4 whole cloves of garlic
2 Quarts malt liquor 4 Tbsp butter
(the cheaper the better) hot sauce to taste
1 Tbsp salt
Bring all ingredients to a boil except Lobster. Once boiling begins, add Lobster. Boil approximately 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat, drain, and let cool. Crack and eat with Cuzzy’s Key West Sauces. |
