The abundance of stone crab and shrimp in the Florida Keys led “Mamma Cuzzy” to create Cuzzy’s Special Sauce, the perfect dipping sauce for these and many other seafoods. “Mamma Cuzzy”, a fourth generation Key West native, is a legend to local Conchs for her ability to make superb island dishes.

 

          Cuzzy, following his mother’s creative flair and advice, has taken the original sauce and other island favorites to put together a complete line of Key West Sauces.

 

          The sauces' unique blends of lime and spices also compliment, without overpowering, the flavors in many other meats and vegetables.
