Cuzzy’s Seared Sea Scallops
20 large sea scallops vegetable oil
Salt ground black pepper
Skewers
Rinse scallops and pat dry. Brush with vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper. Place scallops on skewers. Preheat grill. Grill over high heat until opaque in the center, about 3 minutes on each side. Serve immediately with Cuzzy’s Key West Sauces.
