Fresh fish 1-2 Limes
Salt garlic powder
Pepper peanut oil
1 box cracker meal
Cut fish into one inch strips and lay in a pan. Squeeze lime juice over fish and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place cracker meal in large plastic bag, add fish strips and shake well. Pat cracker meal onto fish and place on baking sheet in single layers divided by wax paper. Refrigerate 1 hour to allow cracker meal to stick. Quick fry until golden in 375 degree peanut oil. Once cool serve with Cuzzy’s Key West Sauces. |
