Cuzzy’s Grilled Calamari
2 pounds squid ¼ tsp paprika
2 Tbsp olive oil 1/8 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley 1 ½ Tbsp minced garlic
¼ tsp salt
In a large glass or plastic bowl combine squid, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt and peppers. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Preheat grill. Place on grill, baste with marinade and cook for 3 minutes. Turn, baste once more and cook until no longer pink, about 3 more minutes. Serve immediately with Cuzzy’s Key West Sauces.
