2 Large Lobster Tails 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
2 Tbsp Old Sour Juice 2 Tbsp Key Lime Juice
1 Cup of All Purpose Flower 1 Cup of Italian Breadcrumbs
1 Tsp Salt and Pepper Bay Leaves to taste
1 Tsp Oregano Hot Sauce (if desired)
Take Lobster Tails and cut in half. Marinate in Key Lime Juice. Put all ingredients in a “baggy” with “Tails“for 20 to 30 minutes. Then shake in another “Baggy” that has one part
All Purpose Flour and one part Italian Breadcrumbs.
Coat the “Tails” and then drop them in hot Wesson oil (350°-375° F) until golden brown. Dip with any of the Cuzzy’s sauces |
