Cuzzy’s Cuban Pork
1 Boston butt 6-8 lbs. 1 bottle mojo
1 tsp salt 1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp oregano 1 tsp garlic powder
2 limes
Mix mojo, salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Marinate Boston butt in mixture overnight. Bake in marinade in covered broiler at 425* for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 225* and continue cooking for 2 hours. Slice and serve with Cuzzy’s Key West Sauces.
